Information we handle
In the course of operating an AI Front Desk for a client, we process inbound call audio, transcripts, caller contact details, service addresses, and appointment records on that client's behalf.
How we use it
Information is used to answer calls, qualify and schedule service, update the client's CRM, send confirmations, and improve call flow quality. We do not sell personal information.
